Payments in advance are required to guarantee inspection reservations. A deposit may be requested in place of payment in full depending on reservation. Remainder of inspection fees are to be paid by the time of inspection.
Deposits or payments made in full prior to an inspection may receive 100% refund with exception to cancelations or rescheduling of inspection within 48 hours of reservation. Deposits or payments made in full will be non-refundable for cancellation within 48 hours of reservation.
